Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with mandatory in-person meetings once a week to discuss performance and strategize. The ideal candidate will possess experience in construction, sales, and administration, and demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify and contact inbound leads.
- Extract lead data from various providers and input it into our platform.
- Schedule measurement appointments with potential clients.
- Follow up with previous leads to arrange consultations.
- Perform bookkeeping, prepare estimates, and manage invoicing.
- Place orders for building materials and follow up with customers on material selections.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction, sales, and administration.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to adapt to company processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a well-rounded speaker.
- Experience with data input and CRM management is advantageous.
