Responsibilities
- Greet and assist every customers in a professional manner
- Process loan applications to determine customer eligibility
- Educate customers on all product offering including loan options and insurance products
- Work with past due customers to bring their account current through collection calls
- Conduct solicitation calls to generate new business
Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent (required)
- Goal oriented with sales skills and ambition
- Prior experience in customer service or sales industry (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
