We serve numerous producers in the Southeast. Serving independent life insurance agents who want the benefits of a strong support system yet desire freedom from the constraints of large corporate organizations. In addition to Life Insurance, we help producers with their Annuity, Disability, Long-Term Care, and Security’s needs.
This position is responsible for providing prospective and current producers with carrier/product information, illustrations, quotes, marketing ideas, and any necessary tools to bring value to the producer in order to earn and retain their business.
Case Designers are the “First Point of Contact” a producer makes to ascertain what products are available in the marketplace to give him/her the expertise to address the opportunity presented to him/her. Case Designers are the liaison between the producer and the carriers and their advanced markets and relaying that information back to the field.
Requirements:
We are a paperless office, so proficiency with computer and Internet usage is a must. Prior experience in the life insurance industry is preferred. Current Life and Health Insurance License preferred. This position requires someone who can:

Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast paced/high volume environment and be flexible with work schedule.
- Ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills are essential for this position.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; and
- Excellent human relations skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Experience Required: 2-3 years administrative and/or account management experience
- Licenses/Certifications: Life and Health Insurance License preferred; willingness to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire date.
- Software/Systems: All Microsoft applications, particularly, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
