Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled laborer to join our team in landscaping. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, some landscaping experience, and the ability to follow instructions and complete jobs/projects in a timely manner while upholding the quality expected by our company.
Duties
- Operate and maintain equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Lawn mowing, weed whacking, mulch applications, property clean ups, snow removal, etc.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete tasks effectively.
- Assist in the organization of the workspace to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and complete projects on time.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working.
Requirements
- Driver's License is required
- Experience with landscaping and/or property maintenance is preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in an environment exposed to the elements (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
