We are looking for a CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to join our team! This role is instrumental in managing our CRM system (HubSpot) and executing email marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer retention, and overall business growth. You will own the development of CRM workflows, lead nurturing strategies, and impactful email campaigns while ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights for the business. Success in this role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical expertise in CRM and email marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot workflows, pipelines, and automations to support lead management and customer retention.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns that align with the companys growth objectives, including segmentation and personalization strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to create and refine customer journeys that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Analyze CRM and email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain lead scoring models and nurture campaigns to convert leads into customers.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity through regular maintenance, cleaning, and integration with other systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM and email marketing to ensure strategies remain competitive and effective.
  • Create reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and measure ROI.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing a CRM system (preferably HubSpot) and executing email marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools, segmentation strategies, and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and refine strategies.
  • Experience in creating and managing lead nurturing workflows and customer lifecycle strategies.
  • Knowledge of best practices in email deliverability and compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CASL, GDPR).


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub (or similar platforms).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Creativity in crafting compelling email content and campaigns.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in data management and marketing execution.
