Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize HubSpot workflows, pipelines, and automations to support lead management and customer retention.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns that align with the companys growth objectives, including segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to create and refine customer journeys that drive engagement and conversion.
- Analyze CRM and email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Develop and maintain lead scoring models and nurture campaigns to convert leads into customers.
- Ensure CRM data integrity through regular maintenance, cleaning, and integration with other systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM and email marketing to ensure strategies remain competitive and effective.
- Create reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and measure ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience managing a CRM system (preferably HubSpot) and executing email marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools, segmentation strategies, and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and refine strategies.
- Experience in creating and managing lead nurturing workflows and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Knowledge of best practices in email deliverability and compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CASL, GDPR).
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub (or similar platforms).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Creativity in crafting compelling email content and campaigns.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in data management and marketing execution.
