Market Research Recruiter

AMG Research is a global market research company in the Pittsburgh area. We specialize in market research-based consulting for industrial, medical/healthcare, and consumer markets.

We are looking for a strong candidate to conduct telephone recruiting for market research surveys regarding various products and services. This position does not involve any sales or telemarketing and is not commission-based. We provide paid on the job training.

This position provides a consistent work schedule Monday through Friday, no nights, no weekends, paid holidays and paid vacation time as well as other perks and benefits.

Responsibilities and Duties

• As an Interviewer/Recruiter, you will be making outbound calls to businesses to conduct market research surveys or participate in interviews or focus groups
• You will research companies using various search engines to locate the correct respondents to participate in market research interviews
• You will update our in-house databases of companies to target for market research interviews
• You will schedule and email respondents that you have recruited for focus groups and in-depth telephone interviews
• You will conduct telephone interviews following a scripted questionnaire and accurately document responses into a computer
• You will help our clients by collecting data to help make future business decisions based on the information provided

Qualifications and Skills

• H.S./Equivalent - must be 18 years of age
• Successful, stable job history with good attendance record
• Customer service/phone experience is preferred, but not required
• Intermediate computer skills
• Job Types: Full-time
• Pay: $19.00 per hour

• This is not a remote position and will require coming into the office
• AMG Research’s offices are not accessible by public transportation
