As an Appointment Setter, you will provide support to AMG’s representatives by calling prospective clients and scheduling appointments for them to meet with an AMG Representative. Appointment setters are a vital component of our company's success.
Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound phone calls
- Communicate thorough knowledge of AMG to potential clients
- Place a minimum number of calls per day to prospective clients
- Set a minimum number of appointments per day for the Representatives
- Qualifying the prospect to determine if the potential customer meets AMG’s appointment requirements
- Create an excellent first impression and build a quick phone rapport with contacts.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the Representatives
- No cold calling
Qualifications
- Experienced outbound phone professional
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
- Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
- Experience with Google programs is a plus
- Self Driven and motivated
