In this vital role you will lead insights generation by integrating multitude of secondary and primary data sources and engaging several Commercial Data and Analytics (CD&A) colleagues to develop a comprehensive understanding of brand performance and provide reporting solutions to drive it. The ability to clearly communicate requirements, design and release of reports to Field and Executive Leadership is essential.Flexible Commuter role to Thousand Oaks, CA US office. You will work on-site a minimum of 2-3 days a week.Reporting SMEEngage stakeholders to confirm reporting solution enhancements by negotiating requirements, defining data and UI business rules, designing report changes, testing for alignment, and releasing reports on scheduleCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate documentation and implementation of business rules for reporting deliverablesPartner with the field training team to develop training materials and deliver training to new hiresProject ManagementProvide senior leadership visibility into Reports releasesLead the production and interpretation of data for standard reports (e.g., weekly key metric dashboards, monthly tracking reports)Lead cross-functional teams to enhance reports and reporting processes based on evolving business needs, with flexibility as new areas of responsibility emergeManage weekly release runs for field dashboards, portal communications, and data inquiriesDevelop and implement reporting quality control standards and processes to ensure report accuracyEnsure adherence to applicable legal and regulatory compliance SOPs and regulations by yourself, vendors, and product teamsTeam ManagementCollaborate with external vendors and consultants to ensure efficient project completionBuild positive relationships and work cross-functionally with field, marketing, finance, the broader CD&A team, and other partners to define and communicate reporting requirements based on both secondary and primary data analysisOffer guidance to managers and team members, helping them navigate project phases and initiate tickets as neededCross-BU and CD&A InnovationDrive innovation by researching and implementing new reporting and analytical tools, methodologies, best practices (internal and external), and new data sources to improve the capabilities of the US Analytics & Reporting teamWhat we expect of youWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The analytics professional we seek is collaborative with these qualifications.Basic Qualifications : Doctorate degree and 2 years of Commercial Reporting / Analytics / Insights experienceORMaster’s degree and 4 years of Commercial Reporting / Analytics / Insights experienceORBachelor’s degree and 6 years of Commercial Reporting / Analytics / Insights experienceORAssociate’s degree and 10 years of Commercial Reporting / Analytics / Insights experienceORHigh school diploma / GED and 12 years of Commercial Reporting / Analytics / Insights experiencePreferred Qualifications : Data and Technical ExpertiseDeveloping SME in data, analytics, dashboarding, and reporting approachesStrong experience with brand, sales, activity reporting, and incentive compensation.
