Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will lead the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) product team delivering high quality, robust and reliable operational support of laboratory systems.
You will partner with key business and IS DTI collaborators, this role will have end to end accountability for the delivery of digital, capital and application systems lifecycle projects on site.
As a Principal Information Business Analyst, you will:
Lead an agile product team of application specialists to ensure robust, reliable system operations supporting the established Quality Control platforms.
Manage a team of application specialists to ensure robust, stable, and reliable operation of all applications and systems through effective maintenance, upgrades, and appropriate disaster recovery processes, including contingency plans.
Define, measure, improve team and system performance based on tangible metrics.
Integrate all support models with the relevant corporate business and IS teams.
Manage all planned and unplanned applications outages for the network.
Own Full accountability for the Laboratory Management Information System (LIMS) and integrations (LMES, SAP, etc.)
Be an authority for related topics during an audit/inspections
Develop data analytics solutions to improve visibility and efficiency of various business processes using analytics tools such as Spotfire/Smartsheet/Python/Databricks
Delivering financially within establish budget parameters.
Support the platform lifecycle roadmap

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 2 years of Information Systems experience; OR
Master’s degree and 4 years of Information Systems experience; OR
Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Information Systems experience; OR
Associate’s degree and 10 years of Information Systems experience; OR
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Information Systems experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Providing high quality customer support to key laboratory systems in a regulated operational environment, ideally in Biologics or Pharmaceutical industries.
Experience with GMP regulatory or IS inspection or audits
Direct experience on manufacturing operations within IS, Manufacturing, Quality or Quality Control Functions
Minimum 5 years of experience with Implementation, maintenance, and support of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Electronic Notebooks including instrument integration.
Strong Analytical, problem-solving ability.
In-depth knowledge of GMP, CFR Part 11/Annex 11 computer system, data integrity and validation processes, requirements, and policies
Certified or have working experience in Scaled Agile Framework or Agile product team.
Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas:
Thorough experience with Quality Control Platforms LIMS platforms (ThermoFisher ), ELN, CDS.
SAP, S/4 HANA
Data Analytics tools (Tableau or Spotfire)
Knowledge of compliance standards and requirements within highly regulated environments,
Ability to communicate to customers and technical staff alike
Demonstrated communication. presentation, and facilitation skills
Ability to handle multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously
Ability on managing a team of highly motivated technical resources is essential
