Sr. Associate Supply Chain
What you will do
The Senior Associate Supply Chain I will support the Amgen Thousand Oaks Inventory Management Team in the Building 31 (B31) Warehouse / Distribution Center. The Sr. Associate Supply Chain I role requires robust experience in a broad range of warehouse, distribution, and Supply Chain processes as well as cross functional collaboration. This role is accountable for successfully managing the B31 business continuity plans, warehouse security access, risk review, quality system records, and ERP master data entry.
The position requires strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's), operating procedures, use of validated computer systems, and ability to accurately complete documentation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to : B31 security and access management
- Building Access Level Manager
- Perform scheduled access security access audits per GMP procedures
- ERP master data entry to support B31 operations and capacity management
- ERP inventory accuracy and inventory cycle count administration
- Deviation / CAPA Owner
- Change Control Owner
- Risk Assessment Facilitator
- B31 Risk Register Owner
- Serve as a liaison to the Front-Line Manager and Sr Manager Supply Chain
- Consistently follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and departmental policies with strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's)
- Supports Continuous Improvement initiatives, programs, and projects
- Provides support during regulatory inspections and be ready to present information to auditors (as required)
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, identifying and reporting operational issues and process improvement opportunities
- Identify roadblocks, bringing effective solutions to area management for resolution
- Support ATO external warehouse operation teams and all associated tasks
- Support and identify escalating potential risks associated with warehouse activities
- Complete all transactions in a prompt and correct manner
Able to regularly lift to 35lbs, push and pull objects that require up to 50lbs of force

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
