What are the responsibilities and job description for the Territory Sales Manager position at AMGO Hydraulic Corporation?
Sales Representative:
Responsibilities include presenting our products to potential clients, identifying specific consumer characteristics and recommending ways to promote and sell our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to find potential customers and figure out competitor trends;
- Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions;
- Provide support & maintain relationship with existing customers and distributors;
- Work closely with other internal teams to meet individual and group goals;
- Willing to travel domestic or aboard as requested;
- Account payable follow up to avoid bad debts, customer credit control & risk management;
- Serve as a direct point of contact for territory customers.
- Supervise and monitor the work of territory sales assistant/ rep
- Assist to complete monthly sales reports and forecasts and quarterly evaluations of customers
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Candidate Qualifications:
- College degree and above;
- A minimum 3 years experience in sales and marketing, automotive service and equipment preferred;
- A minimum 1 years experience of management;
- Strong communication and team management skills;
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills ;
- Proven analytical, planning and problem solving skills
- Experience in Microsoft office ( Excel, Power point and word).
Job Type:

- Salary plus sales commission
- 8 hours from Monday to Friday / 8:00am to 5:00pm
