- Supervise the Assistant Director of Housing
- Coordinate early-arrival and late-stay housing processes
- Design and facilitate room condition reporting systems and subsequent damage charges and billing processes
- Coordinate bedroom inventories, common area inventories, and partner with Planning, Design & Construction and other Community Living staff to plan for furniture replacement, capital improvements, and building renovations
