We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the providers schedule ,ensuring a welcoming environment for patients, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and manage their check-in and check-out processes.
- Schedule appointments efficiently while considering patient needs and office availability.
- Verify patient insurance information and assist with insurance claims processing.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft software.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in managing health information
- Provide clerical support as needed, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth operations within the practice.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in dental practices and insurance verification processes.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Familiarity with Eaglsoft or similar dental software is a plus. .
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
