Requirements of the AOI Machine operator:
- Basic math skills (adding/subtracting)
- Able to distinguish colors
- Able to recognize, match and count numbers
- Good eye hand coordination and multi-tasking
- Manufacturing environment experience a plus
- Open-mindedness approach to improvements in process flow
Responsibilities of the SMT/AOI Machine Operator:
- Responsible for running multiple machines in a production single piece flow operation.
- Creating a reflow schedule for products
- Recording defect data
- Periods of standing and some sitting required
- Working as a team where respect for employees and customers is a way of doing business.
