Daily Expectations for Your Role
- Deploy delivery robots on time to meet scheduled delivery windows.
- Monitor robot availability, battery levels, and overall fleet efficiency.
- Step in with remote control when robots need help navigating tricky scenarios.
- Coordinate fulfillment processes and support seamless delivery handoffs.
- Track robot performance, flag and report any technical issues.
- Apply known workarounds or fixes when systems glitch.
- Document and escalate order-related concerns as needed.
What It Takes
Minimum Requirements
- Proficiency in English for effective written and verbal communication
- Strong map reading and navigation abilities
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Fast, effective problem-solving skills and good judgment under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Basic familiarity with remote operations and fleet tools
- Technical trade school certificate or Associate Degree in Automotive Repair
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
- Experience working in fast-paced or high-pressure environments
