Daily Expectations for Your Role
- Develop and execute account growth plans, identifying new opportunities and building relationships throughout the client organization.
- Work with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Identify and expand opportunities within assigned accounts, bridging departments to uncover new growth areas.
- Leverage product expertise to help clients solve challenges related to hiring and workforce management.
- Partner with talent teams to ensure top candidates are available and aligned with client needs.
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and collaborating with internal teams to improve the client experience.
- Manage the full lifecycle of client accounts, from initial engagement to ongoing relationship building and expansion.
Qualifications for Success
To Excel In This Role, You Must Have
- 4 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Proven success in growing a book of business and managing accounts in an MSP environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas effectively.
- Experience delivering product demos, conducting QBRs, and managing relationships at all organizational levels.
- A passion for technology and familiarity with innovative staffing solutions.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience building and managing a substantial base of contractors.
- Demonstrated expertise in the contingent workforce industry, including best practices and strategic planning.
- Intellectual curiosity and a drive to excel in a dynamic and scaling organization.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
