Job Overview
As an Investigator, you will play a crucial role in conducting thorough investigations to uncover essential information for various purposes. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced representative to join our team. You will also be responsible for managing your accounts, coordinating the repossession and transport of collateral, and ensuring accurate completion and documentation of accounts.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
```Duties```
- Skip tracing delinquent accounts utilizing a variety of sources to locate the customer/collateral.
- Preparing and sending documents
- Use problem solving to resolve challenging accounts/situations.
- Set up transport for repossessed units/equipment
- Coordinate delivery of repossessed units/equipment
- Report back to Client Account managers in regards to respective clients
- Experience speaking with professionals on the telephone is a plus
- Used to reaching or exceeding goals
- Ability to communication with customers to work toward a resolution with their account.
