Job Summary:
AMI is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will help drive the success of our U.S.-based projects by identifying, recruiting, and placing healthcare professionals across a variety of clinical and non-clinical roles. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role that involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement, and supporting a diverse set of healthcare initiatives across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including creating and posting job descriptions, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
- Ensure that each recruitment phase is executed in a timely manner, meeting both organizational and project deadlines.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals for both clinical and non-clinical positions across a range of specialties.
- Utilize job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
- Build strong relationships with candidates through transparent communication, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future needs.
- Work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the organization to understand staffing needs and ensure recruitment efforts align with both short- and long-term organizational goals.
- Stay informed about and ensure compliance with industry and Federal regulations (FAR, DFARS, EEO, etc.), hiring laws, and best practices.
- Maintain understanding of healthcare-specific certifications, licensing, and credentialing requirements to ensure that all recruited professionals meet industry standards.
- Attend and represent AMI at job fairs, career events, and recruitment drives. Travel as needed to various locations to scout talent and engage with potential candidates.
- Track key recruitment metrics, maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), and provide regular updates and reports on recruitment efforts to HR leadership.
Education/Experience:
- A bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, nursing, psychology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- At least five (5) years of full-cycle healthcare recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Experience recruiting for clinical, medical, or administrative healthcare roles is essential.
- Familiarity with healthcare roles, responsibilities, certifications, and licensing requirements.
- Experience working on federal contracts to include IDIQ process, task order responses and e-Qip requirements, etc. is a plus.
Skills/Abilities:
- Proven ability to create and execute effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job boards, social media, LinkedIn, etc.), as well as to network and build relationships within the healthcare community.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to engage, negotiate, and close offers with candidates.
- Ability to stay organized and to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or non-traditional hours is essential, depending on project timelines and recruitment needs.
- Ability to work effectively across teams and departments, interacting with both clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure recruitment goals are aligned with business objectives.
- Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with other HR tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus.
- Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus.
