Job Summary:
An HR Liaison is a crucial link between employees and the Human Resources department. The primary role of the HR Liaison is to ensure that employees' needs are met efficiently and effectively, fostering a positive and productive work environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.

Facilitate communication between employees and the HR department to address and resolve issues.

Mediate disputes and conflicts between employees, aiming to find amicable resolutions.

Ensure that HR policies and procedures are clearly communicated and adhered to by all employees.

Assist in the development and implementation of new HR policies and initiatives.

Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Conduct new employee orientations and provide necessary training on company policies and procedures.

Monitor and track employee performance, providing feedback and support where necessary.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.

Assist in the preparation and submission of HR reports and documentation as required.

Education & Experience:

Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

At least 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on employee relations preferred

Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes is highly desirable
