Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help others. Supervisory Responsibilities (If not applicable, please write N/A): N/A

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.

· Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. · Assist with patient hygiene and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

· Prepare and maintain accurate patient records and documentation. · Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.

· Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.

· Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.

· Respond promptly to patient calls and emergencies.

· Perform routine lab tests and assist in the collection of specimens.

· Provide emotional support to patients and their families.

The job duties are flexible and subject to change depending upon operational needs

Skills/Abilities:

- Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, be organized and have excellent verbal and communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work on a team.??

- Excellent communication and time management skills.?

- Must be able to successfully complete the AMI Credentialing Process.

Education & Experience:

· Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment.

· Completion of an accredited LPN program.

· Current CPR certification.

· Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Compassionate and patient-centered attitude.

· Physical stamina to perform various patient care tasks.

Additional Requirements:

- Must be able to work in a safe manner following all safety rules and regulations. Must work as a team member to improve safety culture and quality.

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

- Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time.

- Must be able to push, pull, reach, and bend frequently.

- Fluent in English.

- Vaccinations as required.
