AMI will provide comprehensive medical care and support to individuals in a migrant processing center, ensuring the delivery of quality healthcare in a secure and controlled environment.
Job Summary:
The Project Manager will organize, manage, plan complex projects, uncover business development opportunities, and increase profitability for AMIs expeditionary health services domestically, and abroad.
Manage a diverse team of subordinate leaders and professional staff; oversee employees' performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs, and manage the relationship between staff and the Project Management Office so that each is successful.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Maintains responsibility for profit, revenue, cash, and quality targets for assigned site(s) of operation.

Coordinates an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.

Coordinate daily activities related to medical staff, resources, and service delivery to meet organizational goals.

Support recruitment, training, and supervision of medical and administrative staff as needed.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals, site staff, and external vendors to ensure seamless operations.

Conduct risk assessments and implement solutions to address operational challenges and improve outcomes.

Helps to author, implement, and oversee corporate and clinical SOPs.

Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.

Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.

Conducts risk assessments: reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk.

Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.

Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.

Communicates and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Reports on key project metrics to leadership in a timely and accurate manner.

Coordinates with client to ensure contractual obligations are being met within the scope of work

Communicate effectively with medical and non-medical personnel to ensure project alignment.

Education & Experience:

Bachelors degree in healthcare management, public health, business administration, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management (within a healthcare setting would be highly desirable)

Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, medical terminology, and regulatory standards highly preferred (e.g., HIPAA, NCCHC).

At least five years of related experience required
-
PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management experience highly desirable
