Job Description
The Manager, Key Accounts will be responsible for managing the day-to-day sales activities, coordinating and leading customer meetings and supplier visits and addressing and resolving delivery and product-related inquiries to ensure seamless customer experience. Duties will include tracking forecasted sales vs. actual sales and validating profitability targets, identifying new sales opportunities, following up on sales leads to drive growth, managing responses to customer RFP’s, and collaborating with internal support teams to deliver customer expectations.

Responsibilities
· Communicate comprehensive account information to internal and external stakeholders
· Responsibility for accurate internal and external product and service specifications
· Lead trade show preparations and coordinate strategic appointments and site visits with customers and suppliers.
· Analyze and maintain sales data, monitor performance and identify opportunities and areas of improvement for Sales Director and leadership teams
· Partner closely with operations and suppliers to address challenges proactively
· Motivate internal teams and suppliers to meet and exceed customer goals
· Collaborate with the Account Director to gather and organize information for RFP responses, ensuring all details are accurate and submitted on time.
· Consolidate and review performance metrics for quarterly business reviews
· Contribution and review of budgeting, pricing strategies, and revenue forecasting
Qualifications and Requirements
· Passion for food, beverage, travel, and aviation
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
· Proficient in MS applications
· Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)
· 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a track record of achieving targets
· Valid Passport
