About Us : Join our team and become a key player in managing the seamless flow of premium wines, beers, and spirits across our global airline network. As a Station Provisioning Analyst, you’ll support and optimize our airline alcohol programs by ensuring the efficient outbound transportation of products from our warehouses to catering kitchens worldwide.
What You’ll Do : In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the alcohol supply chain for our airline customers. From monitoring inventories to managing transportation, you’ll ensure that every catering location maintains the agreed-upon stock levels. Your ability to coordinate with caterers, internal teams, and third-party providers will be crucial in maintaining smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Operations / Customer Service :
- Manage and monitor the alcohol supply chain for assigned customers and catering locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Troubleshoot and proactively identify delivery and inventory issues, resolving them efficiently.
- Ensure caterers enter inventory and submit requisitions according to the customer-approved order and delivery schedule.
- Identify and verify product consumption, analyzing usage trends to optimize inventory levels.
- Coordinate, check, and control material flow, stock levels, and consumption at the kitchen level.
- Review and process monthly, weekly, and daily orders received from outstations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Track shipments and update systems to reflect current inventory status.
- Manage the operational relationship with freight forwarders, ensuring successful and timely deliveries.
- Interact directly with warehouse staff to provide instructions for regular operations and assist with problem resolution.
- Create and submit relevant reports as scheduled, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
- Perform special projects or tasks as assigned to meet operational goals.
- Ensure proper rotation and burn-off of menu items to minimize waste.
