How we win.
I. Team Success: our top priority is to create a system that facilitates: Sustainable Income Balance, Fun & Growth for our team.
II. Client Success: we’re driven to help clients hire “team members” who make a meaningful impact. We do this by making introductions to “off market candidates” and while taking a consultative approach to the Talent Acquisition process.
The team.
We’re an ambitious, close-knit team that’s experienced significant growth since Covid. We’re financially motivated, driven to help people, love travel, enjoy podcasts & personal development books, are fans of The Office, and most of us are avid adventurers and frequently bond over outdoors activities like travel, craft beers, whiskey & wine, hiking, and of course an occasional update on what’s going viral on social media. We have a healthy obsession with technology, and pride ourselves on using innovative tools and processes to attract candidates nobody else is.
Training.
We love teaching and have a comprehensive 30-day onboarding plan to introduce you to our tools, processes, and clients (and then some on top of that!). This is a great job for someone who enjoys learning and is excited about recruitment & talent acquisition.
***Qualifications.
- Required: At least 3-5 years of Healthcare Leadership experience. This is a big one for us. We love hiring folks who currently work or have worked in Healthcare Leadership as they know the space and offer expertise no one else can.
- Required: Able to work a hybrid schedule, with in-person expectations 3-4 days/week.
- Being comfortable with technology (i.e. Excel, Outlook, LinkedIn), aren’t afraid of making cold calls (yes, we have realistic expectations, and will teach you what to say), and have a "sales" mindset and get a rush when you imagine closing multiple roles in one day plus extra fees for conversions
*If you're looking for a career in Human Resources, this is not for you.
That might sound weird, but working for a search firm is much closer to sales than HR in that you're actively pursuing and attracting candidates. If that's you, you'll feel at home as an internal recruiter instead :-)
**If this sounds like your cup of tea, send your resume to Katie at aminetwork.com with a blurb about why you think this job is a good fit, what's an area of your life personally or professionally you're looking to improve. A creative subject line will get you extra credit, and for more bonus points we'd love to hear an interesting fact about yourself! Do not apply here. Seriously, don’t. We’re looking for detail-oriented people who read all the way to the bottom of a JD.
