This organization has been providing integrated Primary Care Psychiatry services to the residents of Sonoma County for over 30 years. They have 10 locations and are continuing to grow. You can begin your leadership journey here and enjoy continued growth and advancement throughout your career!
As the Lead Psychiatrist, your duties will include:
- Supervision and development of the Psychiatry Team (staff Psychiatrists and PMHNP's)
- Working closely with the CMO to develop and implement guidelines and protocols
- Providing clinical oversight to the Associate Program Director of the Psychiatry NP Residency Program
- Leading the initiative for continuous improvement of Primary Care Psychiatry integration
