What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive patient care, including evaluations, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans.
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
Educate and counsel patients on treatment plans, health management, and preventive care.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures.
Supervise and mentor licensed nurses, medical assistants, and other support staff.
Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program.
Current and valid California State License.
Experience in primary care, urgent care, or occupational medicine is a plus.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
