What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including evaluations, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans.

• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.

• Educate and counsel patients on treatment plans, health management, and preventive care.

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures.

• Supervise and mentor licensed nurses, medical assistants, and other support staff.

• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program.

• Current and valid California State License.

• Experience in primary care, urgent care, or occupational medicine is a plus.

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
