Entry Level Sales Account Manager Role and Responsibilities :
- Provide clients in-person with sales products and services that exceed their expectations and make their lives a lot easier
- Execute sales strategy follow-up on sales to our existing client base in-person
- Access and update customer accounts through computer-based systems accurately and efficiently
- Gain product and service knowledge by attending client meetings related to technology, sales promotions, and products updates
- Communicate the perks of our service vs our competitors in the telecommunications industry
- Negotiate new contracts with customers, overturn any objections that may arise, and upsell products to increase sales margins
- Achieve sales revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account
