This is where you come in! We are looking to grow our already successful team and are in need of someone on a part-time hourly and commissioned sales basis. As a part of our Sales Team as a Business Development Specialist, you will be the voice for a wide range of market-leading Human Resource Management Brands. You will speak to a wide array of clients and tailor your approach to each individual and their business. As you pace potential clients through our unique products, you will get to know them while highlighting the unique HR benefits, we offer and match these products to their needs. You will be responsible for your own sales leads, maintaining the company’s online presence and maintaining these relationships, as needed. Does this sound like you? Make an impact by using your influential sales skills to convert prospective clients into new account starts. You will meet and work prospects, forming business relationships through networking, face-to-face canvassing, cold calling and other methods and as you see fit. Meet with business owners in-person, via phone, or other approaches to understand the small business owners’ human resource pain points and show them how AMIAS Solutions HR can increase their employee engagement and business human resource compliance or other products which can fulfill their needs.
This position is expected to generate proposals and effectively follow through to negotiating a contract, then closing with a strong focus on meeting the overall needs of the customer. Maybe required to conduct sales presentations to possible clients, if needed and as requested.
This is an Independent Contractor (1099) sales opportunity with a base hourly compensation and sales commissions.

What we expect from you:
- Basic knowledge of key concepts in Human Resource Management
- Minimum two-years proven sales experience, preferred
- Solid work ethic, goal driven, professional demeanor and self-motivated
- Drive to succeed in a high-commission environment with both non-reoccurring contracts (NRC) and monthly reoccurring contracts (MRC) as an Independent Contractor
- Basic working knowledge of the web and internet marketing
- Proven record with increasing business online presence
- Experience with Customer Relations Management (CRM) database(s)
- Solid time management and organizational skills with sharp thinking and an eye for detail
- Helpfulness and a passion for customer service with the ability to build rapport with a variety of personality types and communicate persuasively
- Basic to intermediate computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRM data entry
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute to and from appointments and process sales-related paperwork
