Position Summary:
We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team! Coordinating the management and monitoring of services to individuals who are intellectually/developmentally disabled and visually impaired for group homes located in Ocean and Monmouth counties.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in agency Quality Assurance practices.
- Assist Group Homes' Program Management team in the development and implementation of all aspects of direct client treatment as described in clients' programs.
- Monitoring each programs budgetary guidelines, ensure proper expenditures and accurate recording systems are maintained by each program (petty cash, leisure, bank accounts, client monies, etc.)
- Oversee and ensure proper management, coordination and training of assigned staff and ensure 24-hour quality services to individuals served in the programs.
- Responsible for the implementation of programs coordination of activities, staffing, scheduling, goals and adherence to funding sources guidelines.
- Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, On-call
Requirements include:
- 3-5 years in supervisory capacity
- 3-10 years experience in a group home/multi-unit environment
- Experience working with individuals with I/DD
- Valid Driver License in NJ (no more than 5 points)
- Satisfactory Background/Pre-employment drug screening
