We want college students (with a preference for rising seniors) who want to immerse themselves in a professional and collaborative environment with an award-winning company. This position is a great way to acquire and practice the necessary skills to excel in a competitive job market.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Attend initial skills training.
- Become proficient in our offerings and systems.
- Handle incoming calls to address customer questions and requests in a professional manner.
- Recommend appropriate solutions, procedures and actions to customers.
- Actively participate in group exercises, including research and business analysis projects.
- Network and contribute to formal and informal mentorships.
- Must be currently enrolled 4-year college undergraduate program.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Open minded and team player.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products.
- Customer service experience preferred.
