Job Summary :
We are seeking a Visitor Center Attendant for Amicalola Falls State Park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to park visitors, offering information about the park's amenities, activities, and attractions.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the local area and state park system is a plus
Responsibilities :
Greet visitors upon arrival and provide information about the park
Answer questions about park activities, events, and facilities
Assists with monthly merchandise inventory counting
Sell park passes, permits, and merchandise
