At Amici Cellars, we are committed to producing high-quality wines that showcase the best of Napa Valley and Sonoma County. As a cellar intern, you will be working alongside experienced winemakers and contributing to the production of premium wines.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting pump-overs, drain-and-press, rackings, punch-downs, inoculations, wine and must additions
- Monitoring temperature and sugars of wine tanks during fermentation
- Ensuring an organized cellar and crush pad
