Job title: IT Hardware Technician Location: Twinsburg, OH Duration: 6 Months Contract Pay: $16/hr to $17/hr Note: Recent technical gradudates with some college experience can apply. Individuals are responsible to repair, stage, configure and QA IT hardware to stores and field service technicians. This position will also refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment. Constant walking and standing. Constant lifting less then 30lbs but occasionally lifting up to 80lbs with assistance.
Duties
Administer asset tracking using software systems.
Provide staging, configuration and bench repairs of specific store hardware.
Process all applicable warranty claims.
Accurately record all production details and inventory movements.
Refurbish and QA returned store hardware equipment.
Education/Experience/Qualifications
Technical individual with 2 year technical school and/or experience preferred. Administrative computer skills, Word and Excel also preferred

Strong attentional to detail
Must be able to multi-task
Good mechanical aptitude
Will train the right candidate how to do the job
