Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Santa Clarita, CA for a General Manager. The General Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the research company, including financial operations, staff management, and quality assurance. The General Manager will also be responsible for creating and implementing policies and procedures and collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient and effective clinical research operations.
Qualifications
Leadership, management, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in clinical research operations and compliance regulations
Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
Strong organizational and project management skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred
Experience in managing teams and supervising staff
Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with other departments, sponsors, and CROs
