General Description:
AMICON Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. This role involves managing schedules, answering calls, organizing documents, and performing general office duties as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Handle office correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
- Greet visitors and clients, offering them a warm and professional welcome.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order materials when necessary.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and organizing records.
- Perform basic bookkeeping or assist with invoices and expenses as required.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus).
- Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of office equipment (copiers, fax machines, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Work Schedule:
- 10-20 hours per week (flexible hours depending on the needs of the office).
- Primary job needs will be in the morning.
Compensation:
- $17.00 - $20.00 / Hr
- Additional benefits may be offered based on tenure and performance.
