Candidates should have the following experience:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP PP/MM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM) modules, along with a deep understanding of business processes in manufacturing and supply chain environments. This role will involve working closely with business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize SAP solutions that meet the organization's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP PP (Production Planning) Module:
- Configure, implement, and support SAP PP functionalities to meet business requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis between current and future business processes and provide appropriate SAP solutions.
- Manage the integration of SAP PP with other modules (e.g., SD, MM, WM).
- Perform system testing, training, and support activities during the implementation phase.
- Ensure that production planning processes such as MRP, production orders, and shop floor control are efficiently managed within the system.
- SAP MM (Materials Management) Module:
- Configure, implement, and support SAP MM functionalities, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor management.
- Work with business teams to optimize procurement cycles, material planning, and inventory management processes.
- Ensure the seamless integration of MM with other modules such as SD, PP, and WM.
- Assist with inventory management, stock transfers, and goods receipt processes.
- Project and Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users and technical teams, to ensure smooth implementation and integration of SAP solutions.
- Provide expert advice and support to business users for SAP PP/MM processes.
- Prepare and deliver end-user training and documentation to ensure efficient SAP utilization.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze and identify opportunities for system and process enhancements in the SAP PP/MM modules.
- Support SAP upgrade and optimization projects, ensuring that solutions meet evolving business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP PP/MM consultant, with at least [X] years of hands-on experience in SAP implementations and support.
- Strong understanding of business processes in production planning, procurement, and materials management.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP PP and MM modules.
- Knowledge of other SAP modules (SD, WM) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- SAP certification in PP/MM modules is preferred.
