Responsibilities :
- Architect and design AUV subsystems, including pressure vessel design, hydrodynamics, propulsion and structural design.
- Conduct stress analysis, stability / maneuverability calculations and design for manufacturing.
- Collaborate with electrical and software teams to integrate requirements into mechanical design.
- Build, test and iterate AUV prototypes using test data and simulations.
- Understand end-users' needs while balancing those needs with external constraints, restrictions, and requirements in a multi-stakeholder environment.
