What are the responsibilities and job description for the Savory Production//Sandwich Artist position at AMIE Bakery?
Join a great team at our bakery managing our savory foods prep from our breakfast and lunch menu. This is a year-round position.
- Responsible for savory production, which includes sandwiches, soups, salads, entrees, and other items for our grab-go cases
- Maintain proper par levels on all items
- Run breakfast and lunch service keeping order times within 7-10 minutes
- Communicate with FOH/BOH regarding PAR levels
- Ability to delegate tasks
- Assist in opening and closing of savory station/ kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, busy environment, speak English, have own transportation, work well with others, and generally be a self-starter with a good attitude. Willing to work weekends and have some flexibility with hours and availability.
