Job Title: Sales Representative – Amigos Tutoring

Company Overview:

Amigos Tutoring was established in 2019 and has expanded to seven locations—six in Miami-Dade County and one in Broward County. We specialize in providing high-quality tutoring services and are looking to grow our team with motivated and experienced sales representatives.

Position Overview:

We are currently hiring two Sales Representatives to cover specific regions:

• North Locations: Hollywood, North Miami Beach, Coral Gables, and Hialeah.
• South Locations: Doral, Kendall, and Homestead.

Both Sales Representatives will be trained simultaneously and assigned to their designated locations. This is an in-personrole, requiring travel between multiple locations.

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 2:45 PM – 8:15 PM
• 25-30 hours per week
• Saturdays may be required for events or sales initiatives

Compensation:

• Hourly pay commission monthly performance-based bonuses

Job Responsibilities:

• Inbound Sales Only – This position does not require cold calling. You will be handling incoming inquiries from parents and guardians actively seeking K-12 tutoring services.
• Appointment Confirmation – You will be responsible for confirming and reminding parents about their scheduled appointments for evaluation exams.
• Consultations & Sales – After students complete their evaluation exams, you will sit down with parents, explain the exam results, go over how the tutoring program works, and sell the program.
• Overcoming Objections – Parents may have concerns or hesitations about cost, time commitment, or effectiveness. You must be skilled in addressing objections and confidently closing the sale.
• Bilingual Communication – This role requires fluent English and Spanish communication, both over the phone and in person. If you are not fluent in both languages, please do not apply.
• Understanding of Miami-Dade School System – Preferred candidates should have grown up in Miami-Dade County and be familiar with how the school system operates.
• Reliable Transportation – Since this is an in-person position, you must have dependable transportation to travel between assigned locations.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience is required – You will be asked about your sales metrics, including close rate and show rate.
