- Delivering precise and punctual financial statements in alignment with US GAAP standards.
- Leading the participation in the company's annual audit and ensuring adherence to financial policies.
- Guiding the development of budgets and consistent re-evaluation of financial forecasts.
- Overseeing IFRS reporting requirements biannually.
- Designing metrics to assess and interpret Gross Margin performance.
- Enhance and uphold effective internal controls within the company.
- Manage inventory valuations, including conducting cycle counts and interpreting their outcomes.
- Scrutinize and authorize payment of vendor invoices, and ensure the punctual submission of tax payments.
- Support ongoing sales and use tax adherence across multiple jurisdictions.
- Provide actionable insights for informed financial decisions and fostering business expansion.
- Collaborate in a cross-functional capacity to harmonize financial strategies with overarching company ambitions.
- Execute supplementary finance duties as necessary.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics (CPA is a plus).
- 5-10 years' experience in mid to senior-level finance or accounting roles.
- Proficient in finance management, budgeting, cost accounting, and GAAP standards.
- Mastery in Microsoft Excel and proficiency across the MS Office suite.
