This role requires full-time presence in our Irvine, CA office, five days a week. In this capacity, you will collaborate with attorneys to efficiently organize and manage legal documents pertinent to workers’ compensation claims. Your organizational skills will be pivotal in maintaining accurate case files and ensuring timely compliance with all legal deadlines. You’ll engage proactively with clients, healthcare professionals, and insurers, orchestrating the collection of essential documentation. Coordinating key appointments, including hearings and depositions, will be a crucial part of your duties. Additionally, you’ll be instrumental in drafting legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings under supervision and will ensure precise filing with appropriate courts and agencies. The right candidate will be fluent in Spanish and hold prior experience as a legal assistant in the workers’ compensation field.
