Essential Duties:

• Formulate precise budgetary figures across all design stages to facilitate informed project choices.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or closely related discipline.
• Over five years of proven success in preconstruction or estimating within the construction sector.
• Demonstrate capability in juggling multiple projects with precision in estimation and adherence to timelines.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building techniques, materials, and legislation, particularly in affordable housing initiatives.
• Superior communication and relational abilities, succeeding in a multi-party environment.
• Proficient in both construction estimating tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
