Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of residential and commercial properties by performing a variety of landscape maintenance tasks. Duties
- Mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing lawns and garden beds.
- Planting, pruning, and maintaining shrubs, trees, flowers, and other plants.
- Removing weeds, debris, and litter from lawns, gardens, and pathways.
- Applying pesticides and herbicides as directed.
- Operating landscape maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, blowers, trimmers, and sprayers.
- Ensuring proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Communicating with supervisors and clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Adhering to safety standards and guidelines to promote a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards.
Skills
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including mowing techniques and irrigation systems.
- Experience with tree care methods and hardscape construction is a plus.

Pay: From $15.35 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
- Year round work
