5 years of experience in Human Capital consulting, including Change Management, Organizational Design, Human Resources, and Project Management, focusing on designing and delivering change management and organizational design solutions.
Proven track record of leading end-to-end change management efforts for large-scale organizational initiatives.
Expertise in organizational design strategies, principles, framework, approaches and solutions to support business objectives and workforce planning.
Demonstrated experience in implementing workforce transitions, role realignment communications, and team effectiveness strategies.
Strong project management experience with expertise in managing complex and cross-functional projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Change Management or Organizational Design.
Certification in project management.
