Qualifications
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, supplier diversity, local/national content initiatives, or relevant business experience, Category Management, preferably within a global context.
Experience working in a global organization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and provide insights.
Passion and business acumen for supplier diversity.
Experience with spend management platforms (i.e. Coupa) and data visualization software (i.e. Power BI).
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
