What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Lead Planner position at AMISEQ?
Job Description:
Duties:
- Support a team of planners, schedulers and planner-buyers ensuring planning and execution of the end-to-end site supply plan
- Support the review and development of the site supply plan(s) based on required demand from the market and packaging sites
- Drive the RCCP across manufacturing ensuring that capacity and resources are balanced whilst enabling continual supply
- Responsible for planning and scheduling of specific resources
- Support the overall process for planning bids and tenders; collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure feasibility against all known constraints
- Support & lead projects focusing on improvement to supply chain planning processes
- Participate in daily meetings with manufacturing, QA and other stakeholders to align on all planning activities
- Supporting the reporting and management of key KPIs: demand adherence, schedule adherence and inventory
Screenings:
- A 12-panel drug screen with Fentanyl
Must Have:
- At least 5 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical and/or FMCG environment is beneficial
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in SAP APO and ECC
- Qualification in Engineering or a BA of Supply Chain Management / Operations Management
- Pharmaceutical / FMCG Experience
- Fundamental understanding and experience in Supply Chain Planning (planning, scheduling, data management and S&OP)
Education/Certification/Experience:
- Bachelors Degree.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Should have a Supply Chain Lead experience in the past.
- Have worked in a DEA regulated controlled environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical and/or FMCG environment is beneficial.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in SAP, APO and ECC.
