Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, and other special needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working in group home settings or similar environments, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized care and attention.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation.
- Monitor and report any changes to the supervisor.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
- Engage clients in social activities and community outings to promote socialization and independence.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for all residents.
Skills
- Experience working with elder individuals is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Experience in home community care.
- Ability to create effective care plans based on individual assessments.
