Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to follow up on customer requests and feedback.
  • Stay informed about our products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  • Contribute to process improvements in the customer service department.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult customer situations calmly.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy work environment.
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers and resolve their issues.
