The Clinic Manager will also work closely with the team to maintain compliance and regulations and enhance patient satisfaction.
Duties
- Supervise clinic staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of care.
- Manage clinic budgets and financial operations to optimize resource allocation.
- Oversee patient scheduling and flow to maximize efficiency and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement clinical protocols.
- Address patient concerns and feedback to improve service quality.
- Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
