Amity Care Hospice is seeking a full-time, experienced hospice RN case manager to care for patients in the Atlanta area. We have been serving hospice patients in the Metro Atlanta area for 14 years. Positive culture and attitude are needed to fit in with the rest of our amazing team, so we are not looking for just any nurse, we're looking for the right one. Qualifications:
- Current Georgia RN License.
- Current CPR certification.
- Two years of hospice case management experience.
- Professional, reliable and courteous.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Organization and time management skills.
- Recognize and meet the needs of our patients and caregivers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
